Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Sales Associate at Chokar Dhani Rajasthani Village Resort, located in Nagpur. The Hotel Sales Associate will be responsible for generating revenue by attracting and booking guests, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing reservations, coordinating with travel agents, conducting sales calls, creating promotional materials, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills relevant to the hospitality industry
• Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
• Proficiency in using reservation and booking software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Rajasthani culture and traditions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
