(09 / 10 / 2025) Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing greenfield projects, particularly in USFDA / EU approved Liquid Injection Plants. The role requires a strong understanding of various aspects of project management, including coordination with equipment vendors, project consultants, and internal stakeholders. The Project Engineer / Manager will be instrumental in ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining quality standards, and providing periodic reports to management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage greenfield projects, with a focus on USFDA / EU approved Liquid Injection Plants.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors and project consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage all aspects of project implementation, including process equipment installation and qualifications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to USFDA standards.
• Monitor and manage all core utilities such as water systems, HVAC, EMS / BMS, nitrogen, and compressed air.
• Maintain clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project timelines and milestones, providing regular updates to management.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Demonstrate strong communication and writing skills to effectively convey project updates and requirements.
• Expertise in Project Management along with managing maintenance operations for reducing breakdown / downtime & enhancing operational effectiveness of the utilities & equipment.
• SAP CAD Software and Equipment drawings, P & IDs
• Exceptional in planning & implementing preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance schedules for improving overall reliability and safety of plant equipment & machinery.
• Simplification of CGMP Documents w.r.t the Qualification, Validation and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

Qualifications :

Salary : Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidates. Job titles also can be negotiated commensurate with the experience and the responsibilities.
