Technical head - Flat roll

Key Requirements & Responsibilities :

• Strong expertise in  flat roll and cold rolling  operations.
• Ability to  handle production, operations, tool shop, quality, and entire plant activities .
• Experience managing  flat rolled products  such as  coils, foils, and various aluminium alloys .
• Must have experience working in industries such as  Aluminium ,  Iron & Steel  (with majority exposure in Aluminium).
• Should have managed or worked in plants with a  capacity of 18,000 – 20,000 MT .
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive operational efficiency, and maintain high-quality production standards.
