Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Purchase Associate located in Gurugram. The Associate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, managing sales transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include interacting with potential customers, providing rates & quotations, procurement & purchase of material for inventory and stock, and handling inquiries and complaints. Additionally, assist in inventory management and coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in sales, purchase and customer service
• Experience with managing sales transactions, providing quotations and resolving customer inquiries
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with colleagues
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and MS-Office
• Familiarity with Tally software is a plus
• Familiarity with industrial products, especially belts, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
