Job descriptionA management graduate (MBA or equivalent) specializing in Marketing or Finance . Curious about financial markets , trading technology , client empathy , and how digital products come to life. Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to turn data and insights into real business outcomes. A natural communicator — comfortable explaining complex ideas simply. Excel and PowerPoint savvy; Be part of a lean, entrepreneurial team within a global market infrastructure group. Work on real product initiatives that impact how global institutions trade FX. Learn directly from experienced product managers, quants, and technologists. Build the skills and network to launch a career in FinTech, Product, or Strategy . Experience the speed and creativity of a startup with the backing of an established global brand.
As a Product Management Intern , you’ll sit at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategy — helping turn ideas into real products that global market participants use every day.
You’ll :
- Work with our product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap for trading platforms used by banks, brokers, and exchanges.
- Dive into market trends, client needs, and competitive analysis to spot product opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specs and workflows.
- Assist in testing, feature rollout, and tracking how our products perform post-launch.
- Create crisp product briefs, internal documentation, and client-ready decks.
- Collaborate across teams in Pune and Singapore — learning how real-world fintech products are built and scaled.
Who You Are
