Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire new customers by promoting Current and Savings Account products through direct field visits.
- Conduct cold calls, generate leads, and follow up on prospects in assigned locations.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and services to potential clients.
- Assist customers with documentation and KYC compliance as per RBI guidelines.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales service.
- Provide feedback to sales managers and participate in sales reviews and training.
Candidate Requirements :
Education : Any degree (Graduation preferred)Experience : 1–3 years in sales (preferably field sales in BFSI, telecom, or insurance)Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a field-based, target-driven roleBasic knowledge of banking products and financial services is a plusMust own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licenseSkills Required
