We are looking for a high-ownership Assistant Manager – TA who will lead hiring for Technology and Product Leadership roles at Licious. This is a high-impact role responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding exceptional talent that shapes our product innovation, engineering excellence, and digital transformation.
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design leaders to define hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and drive the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-senior and leadership positions.

1. Hiring for Tech & Product Leadership
- Own end-to-end recruitment for leadership and niche roles in Engineering, Product Management, Design and Product Analytics
- Build deep understanding of functional org structures, role scopes, and skill expectations.
- Hire talent across levels such as Lead / Principal Engineers, EMs, Staff Engineers, Data Science leaders, UX leads, Principal PMs, Product Leads, etc.
2. Talent Strategy & Pipeline Creation
Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies (networks, research, referrals, communities, events, executive platforms).Build and maintain warm pipelines for critical and future roles.Conduct market mapping and competitor intelligence for tech & product talent.3. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with functional heads to understand long-term and immediate hiring needs.Drive effective intake meetings, JD finalization, and alignment on hiring success metrics.Manage expectations, present data-backed insights, and ensure seamless collaboration with panelists.4. Candidate Assessment & Experience
Conduct high-quality screening and competency evaluation to ensure strong fit.Curate compelling narratives to position Licious as a differentiated employer brand.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and structured interview processes.5. Process Excellence & Reporting

High bias for action and perseverance3–7 years of end-to-end TA experience, with strong exposure to tech and product hiring .Experience in leadership hiring is a strong plus.Strong sourcing capability and familiarity with modern TA tools, communities, and research methods.Ability to engage senior leaders confidently and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret hiring data and market intelligence.High ownership, strong communication skills, and a passion for building world-class teams.
