Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for our US operations (both for Full Time and Part Time hiring) . The ideal candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—ensuring a seamless candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-End Recruitment : Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Sourcing & Talent Mapping : Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team culture.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
• Recruitment Strategy : Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, diversity hiring initiatives, and recruitment campaigns.
• Market Insights : Keep abreast of US market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Provide recommendations to improve hiring efficiency.
• Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US labor laws and internal policies.
• Reporting & Metrics : Track recruitment metrics, generate reports on hiring status, and provide insights to leadership.
