Business Analyst

Job Title : Business Analyst – Healthcare Domain

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users to discuss, analyze, and elucidate business requirements.

Identify business problems, document requirements, and prioritize them based on client inputs.

Conduct requirements analysis and management activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Suggest solution options, discuss pros and cons, and assist customers in finalizing the best approach.

Prepare detailed User Stories with clear acceptance criteria and sufficient information for development teams.

Maintain and manage requirements-related documentation within JIRA.

Clarify business queries raised by technical and QA teams.

Support QA teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met.

Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams.

Provide insights and domain knowledge to ensure alignment of features and functionality with healthcare processes.

Primary Skills

Strong experience in Requirements Analysis and Requirements Management.

Expertise in writing detailed User Stories and acceptance criteria.

Proficiency in using JIRA for requirement tracking and management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and clarify ambiguous requirements.
