Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Eye-Frame Manufacturing, located in the Bhiwadi Area. The Head of Eye-Frame Manufacturing oversees the entire production process, ensuring products meet quality standards and timelines. Responsibilities include production planning, implementing operational excellence strategies, managing manufacturing operations, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing
• Proficiency in Operational Excellence and Operations Management
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the eyewear industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
