Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in diagnostic and maintenance systems in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping customer-oriented solutions and ensuring seamless integration of diagnostic and maintenance systems across projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Bid Technical Managers, Project Engineering Managers, DMS Program Managers), facilitate the resolution of technical challenges, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems.
You’ll specifically take care of gap analyses and system evolution proposals, but also provide support to user project teams and represent the system in Change Control Boards.
We’ll look to you for :
Presenting and defending Alstom Transport solutions during pre-tendering phases to guide Request for Proposals writings
Performing gap analyses during tender phases and identifying core developments
Proposing customer-oriented designs to Project Engineering Managers
Ensuring system usage and technical documentation is known and applied by projects and tenders
Facilitating resolution of technical issues and troubleshooting across all project phases
Defining the DMS roadmap in collaboration with the DMS Program Manager
Attending Change Control Boards to align user project needs with system standards
Proposing system evolutions based on Return on Experience and feedback from maintenance teams

A Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
5-8 years of experience in supervision or diagnostic system software development
At least 5 years of experience in the signalling industry
Strong teamwork skills and a dynamic, proactive mindset
Fluency in written and spoken English
Experience working with Indian cultural contexts is a plus
Willingness to travel, primarily in Europe and Asia
