BrandTouch - Senior Operations Manager

Position : Operations Manager Campaigns, Activations & Events.

Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Operations Manager who thrives in the chaos of on-ground activities and loves turning a brief into a flawlessly executed campaign.

You will be the engine that brings our ambitious marketing ideas to life across RWAs, corporates, tech parks, colleges, malls, hotspots and large-format events.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role that calls for hustle, strategic planning and flawless coordination with vendors, clients, internal teams and field staff across India.

Having experience in BTL / Event execution / Vendor Onboarding / Alliance management, etc will be highly desirable.

Key Responsibility :

Campaign Planning & Execution :

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of BTL campaigns, on-ground activations and clients branding mandates across geographies.
• Create structured, scalable and fool-proof operational roadmaps and SOPs for every campaign.
• Coordinate fabrication, AV, branding, printing, logistics, on-site staffing, promoter onboarding & management, permissions and all event / activation / campaign support elements.
• Ensure quality control and operational excellence at every touchpoint.
