Role profile :
Handle all insurance claims for all products handled by SIBPL, from the moment they are reported until they aefully resolved, following all the necessary steps.
Make sure that all valid insurance claims are paid out quickly and accurately by carefully checking the policydetails and working with everyone involved to get the payments processed correctly and on time.
Refer closely at the past claims data to find patterns, identify areas of improvement, and suggest ways tomake things more efficient and improve customers experience.
Follow all the rules and guidelines set by the insurance industry and the company when handling claims,making sure that everything is done legally and according to the correct procedures.
Maintain proactive and transparent communication with both clients and insurance providers regarding claimstatus, providing regular updates, and addressing inquiries comprehensively
Prepare and circulate accurate reports about our claims activity within the required time frames, meeting allreporting requirements.
Identify, investigate, and resolve claim issues, implementing preventative measures.
Drive continuous improvement in claims handling processes through innovative solutions and technologicaladvancements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall stakeholder satisfaction.
