Location : NCR (Remote with 30% travel)

Reporting to : Global Claims Practice Leader

We're seeking a Claims Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in P&C Insurance to lead solutioning, RFP responses, digital initiatives, and claims transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive solution development in partnership with Digital & AI teams
Lead RFP / RFI responses and client workshops
Spearhead claims transformation initiatives
Support sales with consultative solutioning and thought leadership
Create impactful sales collateral and presentations

Required Qualifications :

Extensive experience in P&C Claims – operations, transformation, or consulting

Deep understanding of the claims value chain

Strong exposure to digital tools and AI applications in claims

Proven consulting and solutioning skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred :

Master's degree

Experience in top consulting or Big Four firms
