Performance Marketing Lead (US & Canada Markets)
Location : Hyderabad (Work From Office)
Salary : ₹5,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum + performance bonus

About the Role
We are building a fast-scaling home-service booking platform similar to Urban Company, TaskRabbit, and Handy—connecting customers with trusted service professionals.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can own paid growth across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and App Campaigns , specifically for US & Canada markets .
This is a high-impact role where you will directly drive installs, bookings, revenue, and provider acquisition .
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Advertising & Budget Ownership
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across :
- Google Ads (Search, Local Services Ads, Display, UAC)
- Facebook / Instagram Ads
- YouTube Ads
- TikTok Ads (for US & Canada audiences)
- Microsoft Ads
- Manage monthly budgets efficiently (ROI & CAC-driven).
- Reduce CAC while increasing booking volume and revenue.
2. App Installs & Booking Funnel Optimization
Optimize user acquisition campaigns for :CPI (Cost per Install)CPA / CPB (Cost per Booking)Install → Registration → Booking conversionWork closely with product team to improve landing pages, onboarding screens, and funnel drop-offs.3. Geographic Targeting & Hyperlocal Campaigns
Run city-wise campaigns for :CalgaryAlbetaBritish ColombiaVancouverTorontoUS metrosExecute “hyperlocal ads” based on ZIP codes, community clusters, suburbs, and neighbourhood demand.4. Service Category Marketing
Drive campaigns for categories such as :
CleaningPlumbingHandymanHVACMoving ServicesElectriciansAppliance RepairBeauty-at-homeEach category requires separate targeting, creatives, and funnels.
5. Data, Analytics & Reporting
Own performance dashboards using :GA4AppsFlyer / Branch / AdjustMeta & Google reportingMonitor daily metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, LTV, ACoS).Deliver weekly reports with insights, improvements, and experiments.6. Conversion-Focused Creative Strategy
Work with creative teams to develop :Conversion-based ad videosTestimonial adsUGC-style adsShort-format TikTok-style videosRun A / B tests for creatives, copies, CTAs, thumbnails.7. Provider Acquisition Campaigns (Gig Workers)
Like Urban Company, TaskRabbit, Handy — run campaigns to onboard :

8. Experimentation & Growth
Conduct experiments across :Lookalike audiencesCity-wise funnelsCategory-based messagingRetargeting strategiesImplement winning experiments to scale quickly.Key Skills Required
