Enhance customer experience through service innovation and tech-driven initiatives. Ensure market growth, fleet readiness, and service delivery excellence. Experience : 20+ years overall, including 5+ years in mobility / ride-hailing / logistics / transportation / automotive. Education : B.Tech / M.Tech + Full-time MBA / PGDM / Executive MBA. Leadership : Experience as MD / COO / Business Head / Director with large-scale operations. Expertise : Launching greenfield operations, P&L management, cost optimization, digital transformation, stakeholder management. Skills : Strategic thinking, people leadership, regulatory liaison, financial governance, and sustainability orientation. Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Managing Director (MD / CEO) to lead the organization’s business transformation and operational excellence journey. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in scaling complex mobility / logistics / transport businesses, driving P&L growth, building high-performing teams, and introducing innovative solutions in a dynamic ecosystem.
