Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for HR and related roles across our client organizations. The role involves partnering with leadership to understand hiring needs, managing end-to-end recruitment, and mentoring junior recruiters. You will also contribute to broader talent strategy and workforce planning initiatives.
Location – Indore, MP
Compensation – As per market standards, including fixed pay and lucrative incentives
Working Days – 5 days (Monday to Friday) with attractive HR policies
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for HR positions — from junior to leadership levels.
- Work closely with clients to understand role requirements and deliver quality hiring outcomes.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen and shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate feedback loops.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and track hiring progress in ATS.
- Build and manage strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth process.
- Create and post engaging job descriptions to attract the right talent.
- Prepare regular reports on hiring status and performance.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters on sourcing and screening best practices.
- Stay updated about HR industry trends to advise clients better.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
MBA and Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably hiring for HR roles.Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with multiple recruitment platforms.Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.Experience in agency or executive search recruitment preferred.Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
