About the Role

Vaisesika is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Product Owner with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to lead digital experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, a strong understanding of content management systems, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

You will drive the roadmap, define requirements, and collaborate closely with development, UX, and business teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the AEM product roadmap , ensuring alignment with business and digital transformation goals.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria .
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and content teams to deliver AEM-based solutions.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog , ensuring clear communication of priorities to development teams.
• Guide the implementation of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations .
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, measure success, and continuously improve the platform.
• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) for effective delivery and iteration.
• Stay updated on Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and recommend enhancements for improved user experience and performance.
