Junior US Recruiter - Startup Hiring Specialist - Full Time - Remote
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter with a strong understanding of startup hiring dynamics. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 to maximum 1.5 years of experience in US recruiting across Sales, Technical, Operations, and Delivery positions, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and have strong communication skills. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Sales, Technical, Operations, and Delivery roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract talent in the startup ecosystem.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 1– Maximum 1.5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for startup clients.Proven experience hiring for Sales, Technical, Operations, and Delivery positions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
