Job description

We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Junior Performance Marketer to support our growth team in running and optimizing paid digital campaigns. Ideal for someone with a tech or engineering background who’s passionate about Meta Ads, digital marketing, and analytics.

Responsibilities :

Assist in setting up and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics.
Support A / B testing, audience targeting, and ROI improvement.
Use basic Python or Excel for campaign data and automation.
Stay updated on new digital marketing tools and trends.

Requirements :

Graduate in Engineering, Technology, or related field.

Strong analytical mindset with interest in digital advertising.

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or Google Ads preferred.

Basic knowledge of Python and data handling tools.

Eager to learn, experiment, and grow in performance marketing.

Bonus :

Prior exposure or certifications in digital marketing.

Passion for the media and OTT space.
