Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Acting as the key point of contact between our clients and event teams

Developing strategies to grow our client base

Full Time Position

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Client Relations & Marketing Executive. The role involves managing and maintaining client relationships, planning and executing client engagements, and supporting marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include building and nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing account management tasks. Additionally, the role will require collaboration with various teams, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities to enhance client experiences and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Account Management
• Expertise in Client Relations and Relationship Building
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in event planning or client servicing is advantageous
