Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Level Project Manager located in Gurugram. The Project Manager will oversee various projects related to Road and Rider Safety Products. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, execution, and closing of projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, managing project timelines and deadlines, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, and maintaining project documentation and reports. The role also involves stakeholder communication and risk management to ensure the effective and timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and closing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; PMP certification is advantageous
