Job Title : Senior Project Manager

Reports to : CTO

Salary : ₹15-25 LPA (depending on seniority)

Role Overview

Oversee multiple cross-functional initiatives from ideation through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget releases of our mobile, backend, and design projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a fast-paced, hyperlocal environment and a proven ability to coordinate complex projects that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision : Drive end-to-end product strategy, stakeholder management, and cross-team execution toward our organisational vision. You will be responsible for defining a clear, data-informed roadmap that drives market share and profitability.
Growth & Conversion : Spearhead initiatives to directly impact user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Your work will be expected to significantly increase order conversion rates, deliver a 2X+ improvement in cross-sell flows, and drive monetisation to lower CAC.
Mobile-First Execution : Take full responsibility for the development of our mobile-first platform. This includes building and optimising a seamless user experience, reducing page load times by a significant margin, and increasing mobile order conversion through design and optimisation.
Retention & Loyalty : Lead the creation of loyalty and personalisation strategies using data segmentation and cohort analysis. You will be expected to build subscription-based models and loyalty programs to improve user retention and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Product & Business Expansion : Lead the launch of new business verticals and features, from ideation to delivery. This includes identifying high-potential SKUs and streamlining cataloguing and product management strategies.
Data & Analytics : Champion a data-driven culture by implementing and leveraging analytics frameworks. You will use data to uncover user problems, improve search algorithms, and optimise every part of the user funnel.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience : You have 8+ years of experience in a senior product leadership role, with a proven history of managing product strategy and P&L.

Mobile-First & Hyperlocal Expertise : You have extensive, hands-on experience leading product development for mobile-first, app-driven platforms in a hyperlocal or service-based industy. [ Like Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Country Delight, JioMart, Ajio, BigBasket, Flipkart, Amazon etc.]

Proven Impact : You must demonstrate a track record of driving significant business outcomes, such as :

Scaling user bases to millions and increasing order conversion rates by 25% or more.

Improving up-sell sales by 3% and cross-sell by 5% per SKU through recommendation systems.

Improving user retention by 10% and CLV by 40% by building a subscription model.

Reducing website bounce rate and improving search-driven conversions.

Strategic & Technical Skills : You possess a rare blend of strategic product thinking and technical acumen, with a history of leading teams on B2B integrations, analytics frameworks, and scalable solutions.

Domain Expertise : You have a professional background with prior experience in B2C e-commerce, marketplaces, or on-demand services.
