Responsibilities :

- Understand the Key Variables that Impact Study Success : Possess a deep understanding of click-to-pop sampling, manage sample deployment proficiently, and comprehend incidence and sample dispositions.
- Utilize Available Resources : Collaborate with the manager to brainstorm and find effective solutions, reference past studies, and leverage their findings, and utilize best practice guides to optimize work processes.
- Understand Data Quality Procedures : Recognize the purpose of each QC check, incorporate them into study protocols, review QC results, and discuss them with senior field personnel for continuous improvement.
- Provide Input on Study Execution : Conduct comprehensive reviews of screeners and questionnaires, make constructive suggestions, manage progress reporting effectively, and actively attend and contribute to ALERT meetings.
- Demonstrate Strong Project Management Skills : Understand complex online and qualitative research methods, generate comprehensive progress reports, identify project-related problems and provide solutions, and ensure cost control within or below the assigned budget
- Strong Communicator : Foster effective communication, maintain open communication channels between field, project, and vendor teams, and deliver information in a timely manner that is actionable.
- Establish and Maintain Strong Relationships : Cultivate professional relationships with field and project staff, negotiate competitive prices with vendors, assist and support colleagues, and understand each departments functions and their interdependencies with your role.
- Understand Various Technologies : Proficiently use Dimensions / Decipher software, demonstrate proficiency in Excel, and stay updated with new technologies in the field of data collection.
- Gather Accurate and Thorough Bids for All Methodologies : Collaborate with senior field personnel to ensure accurate estimates, present bids to the manager clearly and precisely, and engage in discussions about bid strategies and negotiation tactics.
Qualifications :
A bachelors degree in a relevant field.Experience in data collection or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Dimensions / Decipher software and Excel.Ability to foster a positive work environment and team spirit.Proven record of strong project management skills.Understanding of data quality procedures and methodologies.Skills Required
