I'm building HumAInify - affordable, human-centered AI solutions for Indian businesses (manufacturing, logistics, quality control, customer service and more). I need a technical co-founder to build this with me from day zero.

This is NOT a job. This is a co-founder partnership.

Problem : Indian businesses need affordable AI automation but existing solutions are expensive and built for Western markets.

Solution : Multilingual AI bots tailored for Indian businesses - customer service, quality control, production planning, HR automation, customer interaction, after sales service, inventory , sales and marketing.

Market : Multi-billion dollar opportunity serving Indian SMEs and mid-sized enterprises.

Current Stage : Ideation Stage. Target beta launch- Q1 2026.

What I'm Looking For

Must Have :

• 5+ years software development experience
• Strong AI / ML skills (NLP, chatbots, computer vision)
• Full-stack capability (Python, JavaScript, cloud platforms)
• Can build and ship products independently
• Ready to work without salary for 3-6 months
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high risk tolerance

Mohit Dadoo

Background : 20+ years across Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Production , Logistics, and multiple startups. Founded foodwala.in (online food delivery, 2012-15), MyRepairman (on-demand services), powerblaze (mobile accessories), and currently running Nature on the Rocks (luxury glamping resort in Rishikesh). MBA in Sales & Marketing. Deep understanding of Indian business pain points from ground-level operations to scaling challenges.

Why This : After building multiple ventures and consulting with 100+ businesses on operations optimization, I've seen firsthand how Indian enterprises struggle with simple things from sales and marketing to production etc .

HumAInify is my mission to democratize AI for Indian businesses at prices they can actually afford.

What I Bring : Proven entrepreneurial track record, deep operational expertise across industries, established business network, bootstrap funding capability, hands-on experience in manufacturing / logistics / sales automation, and relentless execution mindset.

Based in : New Delhi

How We'll Work

Equity Split : Will depend on our meeting. Rest for team / investors (negotiable based on contribution)

Decision Making : Joint decisions on major items, each leads their domain (you : tech, me : business)

Fundraising : We pitch together. Your network and technical credibility help.
