Job Title : Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser – Hardgoods (Export)

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary point of contact for buyers – handle daily communication, product queries & order updates.

Manage sampling – from development to timely dispatch & buyer approvals.

Monitor production closely – ensure quality, timelines, and buyer specifications are met.

Coordinate with design, QC, packaging & logistics teams for smooth execution.

Ensure quality control as per AQL / buyer standards and manage 3rd-party inspections.

Maintain trackers for samples, orders, quality checks, and shipments.

Share regular status reports internally and with buyers.What We’re Looking For :

3–6 years' experience in hardgoods exports (glass, metal, wood, ceramics)

Strong communication skills – written & verbal

Hands-on with production follow-up, quality monitoring & documentation

Good with Excel & reporting tools
