Job Description

• Growth Strategy : Design and execute a full-funnel growth road-map to hit top-line targets by Dec 2025-and scale 10X beyond.
• Performance Marketing : Launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms (Snapchat, Pinterest, Quora, etc.).
• Channel Experimentation : Explore and test new growth levers-affiliate, influencer, WhatsApp, programmatic, marketplaces, and more.
• Analytics & Attribution : Own dashboards, CAC / LTV metrics, and attribution models. Make data your superpower.
• Conversion Optimization : Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to improve landing pages, checkout flows, and retention loops.
• Budget Ownership : Manage growth budgets with a sharp eye on ROI, scalability, and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A self-starter with strong startup DNA-entrepreneurial, resourceful, and growth-focused. You know how to build from zero, think creatively, act fast, and thrive on data. You're a collaborative hustler with hands-on experience in D2C luxury or lifestyle e-commerce, and you're fluent in tools like GA4, Mixpanel, WebEngage, Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and more.
