Pega Developer - PRPC

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega Systems (including Pega Constellation and Pega Customer Service Framework) along with a solid background in front-end technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions that align with business needs, while driving innovation and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Pega PRPC, Pega Constellation, and Pega Customer Service Framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop and integrate front-end components with Pega solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega features and front-end frameworks to drive continuous

improvement.
