RPA Developer - Saint Gobain

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent).

Analyze business requirements, identify automation opportunities, and provide technical feasibility assessments.

Maintain, monitor, and optimize existing RPA processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes and document automation design.

Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrades on RPA solutions.

Ensure compliance with best practices in security, coding standards, and governance frameworks.

Provide support for UAT and production deployments.
