RPA Developer

Mandatory skill - Blue prism (Development Experience Must)

The roles and responsibilities of an RPA Developer include designing, developing, Code Reviewing, ensuring development best practices are followed and implementing innovative RPA systems.

RPA refers to an advanced automation technology which is designed to enhance business productivity and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description) :

o Contribute to BA in preparation of design document and sign off with client (R- BA, C- RPA D)

o Development process of the automation

o Drive the Unit testing to ensure the code quality

o Prepares sample cases

o Test it as per the SIT developer- cases can be developed by RPA Dev

o UAT along with business acceptance

o Contribute with BA in signoff

o Hyper care to be monitored at a frequency / occurrence of the event by this role, any activity above hyper care is shared further

o Accountable to handover to support team in an accurate manner

o Technical consultancy to developer

o Helping scrum to remove technical blockers

o Reviewing the code for adherence to established style guides and best practices

o Verifying that the code meets the specified requirements and functional specifications

o Assessing the code for potential performance bottlenecks and suggesting optimizations to improve efficiency

o Identifying potential security vulnerabilities or weaknesses in the code

o Evaluating the codebase for its maintainability and scalability

o Assessing the code for opportunities to improve maintainability and reusability

o actively participates in daily stand ups- to track the task completed, plan for current day, highlight the risks and project delivery
