Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Sales & Marketing to lead business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence. The role requires a strong technical understanding along with strategic sales capabilities to manage key clients, consultants, and internal sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive order bookings and achieve revenue targets as defined by management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, generating enquiries from the market.
- Complete registrations with top clients and new consultants to expand the company's network.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring performance aligned with revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to improve market penetration.
- Establish and streamline SOPs and processes for the Sales & Marketing department.
- Attend and lead technical, commercial, and negotiation meetings across the Southern region.
- Handle the estimation process in coordination with relevant teams.
- Provide daily reports and updates to the Director.
- Actively work on and manage data through the ERP system.
- Train and develop new joiners within the department.
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- Engineering background (mandatory/preferred depending on industry relevance)
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems
- Strong understanding of technical sales and estimation 6-10 years of experience in a similar industry and leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team
