We are looking for a results-driven HVAC Sales and Estimation Executive to support our sales team by preparing accurate project estimates and proposals. You’ll play a key role in securing new projects through technical expertise, client engagement, and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare
technical and commercial proposals
for HVAC / MEP projects.
Perform
estimation of equipment, and labor costs
based on project requirements and provide technical consultations.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
Collaborate with internal teams for project handovers and execution.
Ensure proposals meet client requirements, technical standards, and company policies.
Track and follow up on submitted bids and sales opportunities.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience in estimation and / or sales preferably in HVAC or MEP.
Strong knowledge of
mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and technical terms
Good communication, documentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
Preferred Skills : Knowledge of
ASHRAE / IS standards
Familiarity with costing and procurement processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
