Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at IAN Institute of Rehabilitation & Research, located in Thrissur. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure the effective implementation of rehabilitation programs, and coordinate between different departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Responsibilities include managing staff, budgeting, strategic planning, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and continuously improving patient care services.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management skills, experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strategic Planning and Budgeting
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience in rehabilitation or healthcare industry
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Master&aposs degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
