- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.Good listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.Skills Required
