We at Engineering Industries Excellence are seeking a skilled and certified

Workday Consultant

with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core HCM and Talent modules, with broader experience across other HR processes. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and contribute to all phases of Workday implementation projects :

Analysis and design

Configuration and customization

Testing and bug resolution

User training and support

Cutover planning and deployment

Post go-live support

Configure Workday for various

HR processes

Build and manage

custom and standard Workday reports

Work independently as an

Individual Contributor

while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Act as a

primary point of contact

for clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction

Provide

functional and technical guidance

on best practices and solution architecture

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Minimum

4 years

of experience working on

Workday HCM projects

At least

1 full-cycle Workday implementation

as a functional consultant

Workday certification

in at least one module (HCM or related HR modules)

Strong experience in :

Core HCM

Talent Management

Good exposure to other modules like

Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Reporting, Integrations

is preferred

Proven ability to manage end-to-end configuration and testing

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Excellent

English communication skills

– both verbal and written

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Must be able to work in

Central European Time (CET)

zone

Preferred Qualifications :

Multiple Workday module certifications

Prior experience in a

client-facing role

Consulting experience with global clients
