About the Role : Incumbent will be responsible for driving Ad sales revenue pertaining to FMCG

category by developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Paytms overall

business objectives. You will lead a team of Ad sales professionals and work closely with

cross-functional teams including product marketing and finance to identify new revenue

opportunities and grow our advertiser base.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth for Paytms advertising

business

Build and manage a high-performing sales team that delivers against revenue targets and

KPIs

Establish strong relationships with key advertisers and agencies and leverage those

relationships to grow the business

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new revenue opportunities and ensure

alignment with company objectives

Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders

Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategy and tactics

Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management

Eligibility Criteria :

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field; MBA preferred

12 years of experience in advertising sales specifically into CPG or FMCG segment with a

proven track record of delivering revenue growth

Experience in digital advertising

Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and

managing high-performing teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence key

stakeholders

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform sales strategy and tactics

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
