is a premium retailer that sells home decor, tableware, kitchenware & bathroom accessories for the affluent Indian customers. We sell more than 5,000 products across various homeware categories. While having a strong online presence, we are now expanding offline with multiple retail stores.

Main Responsibilities :
The Retail Expansion Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the end-to-end process of opening and operating new retail stores. This includes identifying strategic locations, managing store design and fit-outs, recruiting and training retail teams, and ensuring the smooth operation and profitability of each store. Primary KPIs would be :
Execute a comprehensive retail expansion plan aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Negotiate lease agreements and liaise with property developers, landlords, and brokers.
Oversee store design, layout, and fit-out process to ensure brand consistency and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Recruit, train, and onboard retail sales teams to run operations smoothly.
Required Candidate Profile :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
8 to 10 years of experience in retail operations, expansion and project management - preferably in home décor or lifestyle industry.
Proven track record of successfully opening and managing multiple retail stores.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong verbal communication skills and an accommodating attitude to handle customer queries professionally.
Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
Please Note :
This position would be based out of Delhi and frequent traveling to metro cities would be required - based on where the retail expansion is planned.
