We are looking for an Admin Assistant who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations across teams and supporting our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination
• Support communication with vendors, schools, and internal teams
• Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
• Assist HR with attendance, onboarding, and basic compliance
• Support finance with data entry, invoice follow-ups, and payment tracking
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and events
• Assist management with operational follow-ups, reporting, and task tracking
