Internal Team Coordinator

About the Role :

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented Internal Team Coordinator to support smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves coordinating between internal teams, ensuring efficient workflow, tracking project progress, and helping maintain communication clarity across departments. If you excel at multitasking, follow-ups, and keeping things moving on time, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

1)     Facilitate smooth flow of information and ensure all teams are aligned on project requirements and timelines.

2)     Schedule internal meetings, brainstorm sessions, and follow up on action items.

3)     Maintain project trackers, task lists, and status reports.

4)     Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule by coordinating with respective team members.

5)     Prepare and maintain internal documentation like briefs, reports, and status updates.

6)     Track and record project feedback, revisions, and dependencies.

7)     Maintain internal calendars, task boards, and productivity tools.
