Job description4-5+ years in HR or Talent Development, experienced in large-scale initiatives with varied stakeholder landscape and change management. Skilled in creating career development frameworks and internal talent marketplaces Strong business acumen with proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders Good systems orientation and hands on tools / systems experience is preferred Certification in one or more psychometric assessments (Hogan, MBTI, Disc, SHL or similar) is highly preferred Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a flexible and self-directed approach Bachelor s degree required; Master s in Business, Organizational Effectiveness / HR is preferred
