Job Summary :

As a Program Manager- Neo Gyms you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple related projects (a program) to achieve organizational goals, acting as a leader who coordinates activities, manages resources, and ensures alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify improvement areas and plan for course correction.
• Identify and execute new channels of growth : For ex - improve ToF, VM campaigns, CRM campaigns, and offline campaigns.
• Keep track of hiring and churn across verticals.
• Plan new pilots / initiatives, testing, and scaling.
• Daily / weekly / monthly delivery.
• Center visits to get insights on funnel or customer experience.
• Initiative to build a better product.
