Program Manager - Special Projects

1. Facilitate collaboration between functional leaders and business unit leads

2. Provide strategic inputs to various functional leaders to implement organization initiatives based on scenario analysis and monitoring key performance indicators

3. Collaborate with leadership team and business unit leads to prioritize and execute on organizational needs such as financing, capital and human capital allocation and governance

4. Drive Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) setting / measurement exercises for the organization, in collaboration with the CoS / founders and business unit / functional leads

5. Drive discussions with business unit leads to understand and help quantify and estimate their functions resource requirements

6. Explore and validate new business opportunities for the organization

7. Run Experiments (Financial, Organizational, Operational) to understand viability of organizations long term thought process

8. Setup and run war rooms to help business units become more data-driven in all decisions and actions, monitor key metrics through dashboards and review these with the leadership team

Here s what we are looking for :

1. Either of :

1. 3+ years of experience in a top tier Management Consulting firm or similar experience in various roles in a Startup.

2. 5+ years of experience in high-growth organizations (preferably : fintech, ecommerce, hyperlocal)

2. MBA preferred
