A Business Analyst (Operations) is responsible for providing support towards stabilizing the newly transitioned HRIS and further its seamless adoption across the Consulting Business. This individual will help the Talent Business Advisory Team in managing the Operations part of the delivery of Talent Services.

As a Business Analyst (Operations) you will be the catalyst to the adoption of the change brought about by th transition to a new HRIS across the organization and ensure that the effectiveness of the Talent strategies are enhanced further by the efficiency of the operations processes and tools in the following ways :
The Team
The Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional's engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations : Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Talent Business Advisory (Operations) team, you will work with our internal stakeholders in the Talent and other cross functional teams to create and ensure a robust Operations support that furthers the seamless implementation of Talent strategies across the firm
