▷ [Immediate Start] Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Modeling : Create detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings of mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD software.
• CAD Execution : Utilize CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.) to develop, modify, and manage complex mechanical designs, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, tolerances, and material callouts.
• Analysis & Simulation : Perform basic engineering analysis, such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or other simulations (stress, thermal, fluid dynamics), to validate designs for performance and durability.
• Prototyping & Testing : Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to support the fabrication of prototypes, conduct testing, and iterate designs based on test results.
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM) : Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, efficient manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, casting, injection molding), and ease of assembly.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM), design reports, and drawing release packages, ensuring adherence to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with electrical engineers, industrial designers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components into final products.
