Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer. The role is located in Bengaluru, but some work from home is acceptable. The Graduate Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for mechanical engineering tasks, machine design, using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, project management, and research and development (R&D). The day-to-day tasks include designing mechanical components, conducting research, developing prototypes, and managing projects.

Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design skills

Proficiency in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software

Project Management skills

Experience in Research and Development (R&D)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Roles and Responsibilities :

1.Collaborate on Project Tasks

Assist in designing, developing, and testing project components.

Work under the guidance of senior engineers or project leads to learn best practices.

2.Research and Documentation

Conduct research on relevant technologies or methodologies.

Document findings, processes, and project progress regularly.

3.Problem-Solving and Innovation

Contribute fresh ideas and solutions to improve project outcomes.

Take part in brainstorming sessions and team discussions.

4.Learning and Skill Enhancement

Show initiative in learning new tools, frameworks, or processes.

Seek feedback from mentors and proactively work on personal development
