Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Station Operation Manager located in Chennai at Nikkou Corporation Ltd. The Station Operation Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with various teams, manage station logistics, and ensure efficient workflow at the station.

Job Summary :

The Last Mile Delivery Station Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations at a delivery station, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of packages to customers. This role involves managing a team of delivery associates, coordinating with logistics partners, optimizing processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
