Roles & Responsibilities :
- Maintain and organize various records and documents.
- Act as a virtual assistant to the reporting manager.
- Serve as the single point of contact for general communications.
- Plan and schedule meetings efficiently.
- Make and manage travel arrangements, including maintaining itineraries.
- Screen visitors and maintain visitor logs.
- Provide complete administrative support across tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) for document and data management.
- Prioritize and manage email communication effectively, responding when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth coordination across functions.
- Have a basic understanding of the stock market.
Requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of English.Advanced email and correspondence management skills.Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in a relevant field or industry.Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Diploma, MBA, M.Com preferred).Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Regards
