Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Lawyer. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice on corporate law matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing corporate transactions, and handling corporate disputes. The role also involves liaising with external legal counsel and staying updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations.

• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
• Skills in managing corporate transactions and handling disputes
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field
• Previous experience in the construction or home-building industry is a plus
