General Corporate Team

Key Responsibilities :

Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements

Assisting with corporate compliance matters

Preparing legal advisories and research notes

Supporting corporate due diligence exercises

Conducting trademark searches and filing applications

Collaborating with team members on client deliverables

Requirements :

Strong legal research and drafting skills

Good written and verbal communication

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Willingness to learn and take initiative

Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
