Key Responsibilities :
- CRM System Configuration :
- Manage and configure CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) to align with business processes and objectives.
- Customize CRM modules, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
- Configure user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Integration and Data Management :
- Integrate the CRM with other business systems (ERP, marketing automation, customer support tools, etc.).
- Ensure smooth data migration between systems and maintain data integrity.
- Oversee the automation of business processes, such as lead management, follow-up tasks, and customer service workflows.
- Support and Troubleshooting :
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM users.
- Resolve system issues, escalations, and data discrepancies.
- Monitor system performance, and conduct system audits to ensure optimal functioning.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, IT, customer service) to understand needs and customize CRM features accordingly.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the CRM system.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and CRM enhancements.
- Stay updated on the latest CRM technologies, tools, and best practices to keep the system competitive and efficient.
- Documentation :
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and workflows.
- Develop user guides and training materials for the CRM platform.
Skills & Qualifications :
Experience :Proven experience as a CRM Configuration Manager, Administrator, or in a similar role.In-depth experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.Experience in system integration, automation, and data management.Technical Skills :Strong understanding of CRM configuration, workflows, automation, and reporting.Familiarity with programming / scripting languages (e.g., Apex for Salesforce, JavaScript, SQL) is a plus.Proficient in data migration, ETL processes, and API integrations.Communication & Collaboration :Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.Ability to gather requirements, deliver presentations, and train users.Problem-Solving :Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.Education :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Certifications (Optional but Preferred) :Salesforce Certified Administrator (Salesforce)Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 FundamentalsHubSpot CRM CertificationSkills Required
